Thelma Baker Blakley, age 88, of Halls passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2019. She was the wife of the late Bill Blakley. Mrs. Blakley was born August 17, 1931 in South Fulton, TN. She was the daughter of the late Herman and Susie Baker. Funeral service will be at 2PM Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Halls Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Dry Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4PM-7PM Friday, January 3, 2020 at Halls Funeral Home. She is survived by three sons, Rodney Blakley and his wife Michelle of Ripley, Mike Blakley and his wife Charlene of Ripley, Ed Blakley and his wife Charlotte of Dyersburg; daughter-in-law, Cindy Blakley; BJ Colvett; 14 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren. Mrs. Blakley was preceded in death by one son, Jimmy Dale Blakley; her daughters, Louise Eaton, Darlene Blakley, Betty Renyolds; brother, Nate Baker; and two sisters, Linda Davis and Eula Bee Blakley.
