Mr. J.C. White, age 87, of Ripley passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at his home. J.C. was born June 15, 1932 in Brownsville, TN. He is the son of the late Oley and Edna (Prater) White. He married Dona Ray Taylor. He was the owner and operator of White Salvage and brought Power Pro Wrestling to Ripley. Along with his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Deborrah Washegesic of Ripley, RaDona Smith and Rebekah Price both of Newbern; two sons, Tommy White of Ripley and Walter White of Halls; an aunt, Susie Littles of Ripley; 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Mr. J.C. was also preceded in death by one daughter, Cheryl Goodman and a great-grandchild, Trey Goodman. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 19 at Mt.
