Mary Jo Marvel- Foster, age 47, of Dyersburg died Saturday, February 17, 2018 at her home in Dyersburg, TN. Mary Jo was born February 15, 1971 in Dyersburg, TN. She is the daughter of the late Richard Charles Marvel Sr. She is survived by her mothers, Jo Freda Marvel and Tammie Anderson, one daughter, Hali Foster of Ripley, TN and one son, Zach Foster of Ridgley, TN. Mary Jo also leaves one brother, Richard Charles Marvel Jr. of Ripley, TN, two sisters, Tina Anderson of Dyersburg, TN and Leigh Ann Fraizer of Dyersburg, TN. She also leaves one grandson, Jayden Lee Foster of Dyersburg, TN. Mary Jo was preceded in death by her grandfather: Joe Freeman Tinsley, grandmother; Mary Helen Chipman, grandfather; Jessie Raybron Marvel, grandmother; Edith Rosetta Marvel, and great grandmother; Ruby Ball. The funeral will be held 1:00 pm on Thursday, February 22, at Halls Funeral Home, 109 N. Church St., Halls, TN with Bro.Ray Sollis officiating. Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery, Gates, TN. Calling hours will be Thursday, February 22 from 11:00 am until service time at Halls Funeral Home 109 N. Church St., Halls, TN. .
