Martha Sue Riley, age 86, of Halls died Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Alamo Nursing Home in Alamo, TN. Martha was born May 10, 1932 in Crockett Co., TN. She is the daughter of the late Marvin and the late Susie Mae (Arnet) Scallions. She is survived by three daughters: Carolyn Davis of Frog Jump, Reba Lawson of Ripley, and Lenita Riley of Frog Jump, and four sons: Marvin Riley of Frog Jump, Jackey Riley of Alamo, Sammy Riley of Friendship and Jody Riley of Alamo. Martha also leaves 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Martha was preceded in death by her husband Welton Riley. The funeral will be held 2:00 pm on Friday, May 25 at Murry's Chapel United Methodist Church, 12310 Johnson Grove Rd., Halls, TN with Bro. Frank Gardner and Bro. Keith Harwell officiating. Burial will be in Archer's Chapel Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday, May 24 from 5 - 8pm at Murry's Chapel United Methodist Church.
