He was employed as a mechanic. He is survived by one son: Michael "Bud" Shane Riley of Halls, TN; his mother Dorothy Jean (Hamer) Hale; Brother of one sister: Pamela Davison of Halls, TN and one brother: Tony Riley of Halls, TN; Half Brother, Greg Riley of Ripley, TN. Memorial services for Tim will be 11 am Saturday July 21,2018 at Archer's Chapel United Methodist Church..
