He is the son of Mary Velmadean (Reeves) Rickman. He is survived by one daughter: Ashley Marie Asher of Dyersburg, TN and one son: William Lee Thompson of Michigan and three sisters: Janie Faye Moody, Wanda (Jim) Joyce Wray and Deborah Carol Henson all of Dyersburg, TN. Preceded in death by his Daughter, Crystal Jane Thompson, and Brother, Charles Jasper Thompson. The funeral will be held 3:00 pm on Friday, October 26 at Archer's Chapel Cemetery, 356 Archer's Chapel Road, Halls, TN with Bro. Mack Daniels officiating.
