Mr. Douglas Hamilton Gooch, age 86, of Ripley passed away Monday, March 22, 2021 at Lauderdale Co. Community Living Center of Ripley, TN. Mr. Douglas was born January 23, 1935 in Double Bridges, TN. He is the son of the late Sidney and the late Kathleen (Tull) Gooch. He was a retired Air Force veteran. He is survived by one brother: Daniel (Lou) Gooch of Germantown, TN, six nieces, Sondra (Larry) Wright, Cindy (Todd) Armstrong, Amy (Mike) Winn, Lisa (Craig) Stubblefield, Kim (Donald) Robbins and Kellye (Kelly) Michie. Mr. Douglas was preceded in death by his brother, Joe Gooch and sister Ouida Gooch Belton. Public visitation will be held on Thursday March 25,2021 at Halls Funeral Home from 10am til 11 am. With a private graveside service to follow.
