Carolyn Tatum, age 64, of Ripley ,TN, died Sunday, May 21, 2017, at her home in Ripley. Carolyn was born August 16, 1952. She is the daughter of the late Bobby Joe and the late Joy Escue (Fowler) Crihfield. She was retired from the Personnel Department of Fort Pillow State Penitentiary. She is survived by one daughter, Emily McLemore, a son, Jonathan (Paula) Tatum, three brothers, Glen Crihfield, Bobby Joe Crihfield Jr., all of Ripley and Mickey Crihfield of Halls, TN, four grandchildren, and a very close cousin, Sylvia Koonce of Ripley. Predeceased by her daughter, Robin Tatum. The funeral will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 24 at Trinity United Methodist Church, in Nutbush, TN. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Calling hours will be Tuesday, May 23 from 5-8 pm at Trinity United Methodist Church in Nutbush, TN.
