April Michelle Thompson, age 40, of Ripley passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022. April was born March 20, 1981, in Dyersburg, TN. She is the daughter of the late Gilbert Gerald and the late Joann (Davis) Long. She was an employee of Unilever in Covington. She is survived by two daughters: Searra Thompson of Ripley, TN and Ashley Thompson of Halls, TN, and two sons: Chad Reed and Chris Thompson both of Ripley, TN. April leaves one sister: Susie Campbell and three brothers: Rocky Campbell, Michael Long and Gerald Long. She also leaves two grandchildren. April was preceded in death by her husband Paul Thompson and two sisters, Barbara Long and Carol Anderson. Grave side services will be held 11am Friday February 11,2022 at Grace Cemetery with Brother Donnie Reed officiating.
