Amy Lynn Permenter, age 47, of Halls passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Lauderdale Community Hospital in Ripley, TN. Amy was born July 21, 1974 in Dyersburg, TN. She is the daughter of the late Billy Wayne Lee. She is survived by her husband: William “Willie” Douglas Permenter , four daughters: Carolyn (Jerry) Permenter Freeman and Summer (Daniel) Scotkovsky both of Dyersburg, TN China Kizziah of Wellsville, KS, and Ashley (Stephen) Brewer of Halls, TN, and three sons: Randell (Brittany) Permenter of Dyersburg, TN, Darren (Christina) Kizziah of Topeka, KS and Dalton Kizziah of Jackson, TN, Amy also leaves her mother Vickie (Enochs) White; one step sister: Alea White of Dyersburg, TN one step brother Tony White of Dyersburg, TN and two brothers: James Winters of Dyersburg, TN, and Donnie Lee of Halls, TN, along with fourteen grandchildren. Amy was preceded in death by a sister, Emily Dowdy. A graveside service will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, May 12 at Friendship Cemetery Friendship, TN. Bro. Kenny Chessor will officiate. Calling hours will be Thursday, May 12 from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at Halls Funeral Home, 109 N. Church St., Halls, TN.
